Welcome to Ontario’s most comprehensive public repository of completed freedom of information requests. It contains details of more than 75,000 requests for public records made to 28 Ontario ministries and the Premier’s Office since 2014, including key information on the wording of the original requests and whether records were released.
Through a few simple searches, users can discover the existence of records already released to a previous requestor. This form can then be used to request those records from the ministry using the unique file number associated with the record.
