‘We don’t want the story to die’: Parents speak about life after losing son to suicide

Terry and Sue Gardiner lost their 23-year-old son Kyle to suicide in 2020. Their story launched the Investigative Journalism Bureau and Toronto Star’s award-winning series “Generation Distress.” We caught up with them three years later.
